The initial rollout was the base. Find me prospects based on X, Y and Z. Or evaluate my book of business in the AMS and create a mirrored list of similar businesses on Xdate. Research them and develop a risk profile. Draft email templates based on the profiles you created. This update incorporates user-actions and producer-level context. 

These new tools provide ways for your agent to find flagged companies (e.g. how many appointments do I have today), set flags (e.g. move Apex to Quoting or schedule a follow up with Quipco for Friday), add notes, create, access and edit Groups, find and run Saved Searches. 

It might sound simple, because it is, but this enables actions or routines to run – every morning check my schedule for the day’s appointments and find me 5 prospects near by to drop in on. When a prospect is flagged as quoting create the account in my AMS and create a loss release form. Check out the updated KB write up
