Lead Capture

The concept is simple. Activate Lead Capture on a saved search and our setters will call that list to schedule appointments for you. Pricing depends on the composition of your list and demand in the state. When activating capture we will let you know the average cost per lead and you can set a cap on leads received. You can also leave it blank (unlimited) and turn it off as needed. In the coming months we will tighten this up by providing a notes section for agents to provide callers with talking points or a script outline. More info in the KB.

Industry/Class Report

We added an industry report to our states that lack class code. A bird’s eye view of the prospect’s class of business. Top carriers by retention, won business and lost business. If you’re lucky enough to be in a competitive rate state, you’ll see some stats on LCM filings, the rate trends and top carrier groups rate spread (high, low, median, average). Found in the Reports tab when viewing a business (upper right). More info in the KB.

 

Calendar Integration Fix

Not sure what was happening here, but it is fixed. We recommend uninstalling, deleting the calendar from your work calendar and reinstalling. Reinstalling will sync your existing schedule. You can uninstall from the Settings menu. Learn more on the KB.

Mobile App Update Coming

Some updates incoming for the mobile app. Includes a better way at selecting a date range in the search menu as well as scrolling functionality in the Company Details section. Also supports the new glass UI for iOS. 

Various Improvements

Added DOT fields to print off. Added Agency city/state fields to export file. Arranged states display alphabetically for multi-state records.
