Insurance Xdate is committed to the protection of your personal information.  By subscribing to Insurance Xdate, you voluntarily and willingly provide us certain information, including personally identifiable information, which we collect in order to provide the Services.

A User for the purposes of this Privacy Policy is defined as any Subscriber who has been assigned a username and password to access the Services. 

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

Sign-up/Registration – In order to become a User, you must provide certain information to create an account, including name, phone numbers, email address, employer, type of producer, and password.  You acknowledge that this information is personal to you, and by creating an account on Xdate, you allow Xdate to identify you.

Customer Service – We may collect information through the Xdate website in order to accurately categorize and respond to customer inquiries, among other things.

Site Usage – We may collect information about the fact that you use certain features and functionality of Xdate, interact with third party applications, click on ads, or participate in research initiatives like polling and surveys on Xdate.

Cookies – Like most websites, we use cookies and web log files to track site usage, to improve the quality of our service, to customize your experience on Xdate, implement security, as well as to deliver third party advertising to Users on the Xdate site. Linked Accounts – If you link your Xdate account to another account or service, or use other third party sites or services in conjunction with your Xdate account, we may collect information related to your use of third party sites and services accessed through Xdate or when you access Xdate through a third party site or service.

  • Google API: Linking to Google gives us access to your calendar and contacts for the purposes of adding events and being notified of changes to events on your calendar.  We do not collect, or store and information that was not created on the Xdate site. We do not share any information with a third party.

Rights – Certain data protection and privacy laws provide certain individuals with various rights regarding their personal information, including the right to access, amend, delete, transport, and object to or restrict the processing of, their personal information. You may request to exercise such rights that may be available to you under applicable law by contacting customer service.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information primarily for service administration, access rights, and support.  We will communicate through email and posts to the website to inform you of new updates.  You may unsubscribe from any promotional email communication at any time by using the link provided in all promotional communications, or emailing us at support@insurancexdate.com using the email address you wish to unsubscribe and including ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject line.  Note you may not unsubscribe from account service-related communications.    

User’s personal information including name, address, contact and billing information are not shared, sold or distributed.  This does not include 3rd parties that Xdate utilizes to conduct its own operations, such as our payment processing vendor, and so long as these parties keep this information confidential.  We will obtain your consent to use or disclose your personal information except where authorized or required by law to do so without your consent. 

Testimonials and Advertisements Placed through Xdate Ads Service. If you provide any testimonials about the Xdate Services, we may post those testimonials in connection with our promotion of these services to third parties. Testimonials may include your name and other personal information that you have provided.

You may close your account by contacting customer service at support@insurancexdate.com.  We may retain your information, but have no obligation, and may delete without liability. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Children are not eligible to use our Service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the Service.
