What it does
CG 34 46 modifies the Owners And Contractors Protective Liability Coverage Part to exclude bodily injury and property damage arising out of cannabis activities or exposure, and property damage to cannabis. If the Principals Protective Liability Coverage endorsement (CG 28 07) is attached, it adds a cannabis exclusion there as well.

- Same "cannabis" definition as CG 40 14.
Quoting and selling notes
- Not a duplicate of CG 40 14; use only on OCP policies. CG 34 47 is the OCP version with a hemp exception.
- OCP policies are usually issued for one project and one contractor; keep the policy period aligned with the contract duration and confirm the owner or agency has accepted the carrier before work starts.
