What it does
CG 40 34 12 25 is ISO's EIFS exclusion with an exception for drainable EIFS not installed over wood, with that excepted coverage subject to an aggregate limit. ISO introduced it with the 12 25 multistate revision (filing GL-2024-OFR24), approved in most states with an April 1, 2027 effective date; a few states approved June 1, 2026 or other dates.
