What it does
CG 34 24 12 19 carries the same title as CG 21 54 and is the version for coverage parts other than the CGL form, excluding operations at designated locations covered by a controlled (wrap-up) insurance program.

Contractors enrolled in OCIPs or CCIPs.

- CG 34 25 is the limited (falls away if the wrap-up ends) version for other coverage parts.
