What it does
CG 23 02 is the professional services exclusion for pharmacists, the counterpart of CG 23 03 for optical and hearing aid establishments. It excludes injury or damage arising out of the rendering of or failure to render professional services as a pharmacist, while products exposures stay with the CGL.
