What it does
CG 22 69 adds that injury or damage arising out of the rendering of or failure to render professional health care services as a pharmacist, as required or permitted by law, is deemed caused by an "occurrence". It adds exclusions for injury caused by the willful violation of a penal statute or of laws governing pharmacist services, with the knowledge or consent of an insured, and for consulting, diagnostic, referral and similar services, among others in the form. The 12 19 edition is titled "Pharmacists"; the 04 13 edition was titled "Druggists".
