CG 22 97 deems injury or damage arising out of professional health care services as a pharmacist to be caused by an occurrence, excludes only injury caused by the willful violation of a penal statute or ordinance relating to the sale of pharmaceuticals with an insured's knowledge or consent, and replaces the limitation on employees' professional health care services. the 12 19 edition titled "Pharmacists – Broadened Coverage"; the 10 01 edition reviewed here was titled "Druggists – Broadened Coverage".
