What it does
CG 22 36 excludes injury or damage arising out of the rendering of or failure to render professional health care services as a pharmacist, and products-completed operations injury or damage arising out of products dispensed or sold in connection with those pharmacist services. The 12 19 edition is titled "Exclusion – Limited Products And Professional Services – Pharmacists"; the 04 13 edition was titled "Exclusion – Products And Professional Services (Druggists)".

Independent and chain pharmacies, compounding pharmacies and drugstores.
Key provisions and limits
- Like most ISO professional exclusions, it applies even when the claim alleges negligent supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others, if the occurrence or offense involved the excluded service.
