What it does
CG 23 03 excludes "bodily injury", "property damage" and "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render professional health care services, including the production or reproduction and mounting of ophthalmic lenses, prescribing or fitting lenses to the eyes, and preparing, selling, handling or demonstrating lenses and hearing aids.

Optical retailers, optometry practices and hearing aid centers.
Key provisions and limits
- Like most ISO professional exclusions, it applies even when the claim alleges negligent supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others, if the occurrence or offense involved the excluded service.
