What it does
CG 22 37 excludes injury or damage arising out of the rendering of or failure to render professional health care services, including the production, reproduction and mounting of ophthalmic lenses, prescribing or fitting lenses to the eyes, and preparing, selling, handling and demonstrating lenses and hearing aids. It also excludes all bodily injury and property damage in the products-completed operations hazard.

Optical retailers, optometry practices and hearing aid centers.
Key provisions and limits
- Like most ISO professional exclusions, it applies even when the claim alleges negligent supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others, if the occurrence or offense involved the excluded service.

- ISO also files CG 23 03 (professional services only) and CG 22 65 (optical and hearing aid coverage); confirm which the carrier uses.
