What it does
CA 04 15 extends the garagekeepers concept to both autos and watercraft left in the insured's care. It was introduced with ISO's 2020 multistate forms revision (CA-2019-OFR19), effective December 2020 in early-adopting states, alongside CA 04 21, CA 04 41 and CA 04 52.
Who needs it
Businesses that service, repair, store or park customers' boats as well as cars: marinas, boat dealers' service departments, combined auto and marine repair shops and storage facilities.
