What it does
MM 25 96 is the auto dealers version of MM 99 55. Under CAR's Rule 46, the auto dealers form is endorsed at the insured's option to delete the part of the pollution exclusion that applies to pollutants being transported or otherwise in transit by or on behalf of the insured, except for liability assumed under a contract or agreement. CAR's manual directs use of MM 25 96 for the Auto Dealers Coverage Form. The current edition is 10 13.
Who needs it
Massachusetts dealers that haul used oil, fuel or other fluids, or whose service vehicles carry fuel.
