What it does
MM 00 95 is the Garage Insurance Policy used for Massachusetts garage risks. The Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts filed the 07 25 edition in its 2025 commercial auto rule and form filing, effective July 1, 2025, together with the other Massachusetts declarations and mandatory endorsements. It is used with the Massachusetts garage declarations MM 00 94 and is listed in many insurers' Massachusetts commercial auto forms schedules.
