MM 00 94 is the declarations page for the Massachusetts Garage Insurance Policy MM 00 95. The Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts filed the 07 25 edition in its 2025 commercial auto rule and form filing, effective July 1, 2025, together with the other Massachusetts declarations and mandatory endorsements. Earlier editions include 10 06 and 09 02.
