What it does

CG 35 08 01 26 is ISO's Exclusion – Generative Artificial Intelligence for the Products/Completed Operations Liability Coverage Part. ISO introduced it in its 2025 general liability forms filing (GL-2025-OFR25), approved in most states with a January 1, 2026 effective date, so it can appear on policies written from 2026.

It parallels CG 40 47, which excludes injury and damage arising out of generative artificial intelligence on the CGL.
