What it does
CG 29 51 modifies the Owners And Contractors Protective Liability Coverage Part and the Pollution Liability Coverage Part. It adds the same bodily injury exclusion as CG 21 47 for refusal to employ, termination and employment-related practices, including consequential injury to family members.
Who needs it
Insureds on OCP or pollution policies; these coverage parts have no Coverage B, so only the bodily injury exclusion is added.
