What it does
CG 22 77 excludes injury or damage arising out of any act, error or omission with respect to data processing services rendered, or that should have been rendered, by the insured, by anyone whose acts the insured is legally responsible for, or by anyone from whom the insured assumed liability by contract.

Data centers, payroll processors, managed service providers and outsourcing firms.
Key provisions and limits
- Like most ISO professional exclusions, it applies even when the claim alleges negligent supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others, if the occurrence or offense involved the excluded service.
