What it does
MM 00 98 is the Massachusetts version of the motor carrier declarations (the multistate form is CA DS 21) for policies written on the Motor Carrier Coverage Form CA 00 20. The Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts filed the 07 25 edition in its 2025 commercial auto rule and form filing, effective July 1, 2025, together with the other Massachusetts declarations and mandatory endorsements.
