What it does
IH 99 34 is the companion to IH 99 33 in ISO's 08 21 cyber series. Like IH 99 33 it excludes loss caused by a cyber incident, but it adds exceptions for specified ensuing causes of loss that result from the incident.

Accounts whose carrier is introducing a cyber exclusion; this version is more favorable to the insured than IH 99 33.

Identify which cyber exclusion each quote carries. Neither version replaces a cyber policy for data restoration, extortion or business interruption from a cyber event.
Before presenting it
Ask the carrier for the specimen of this endorsement and read it with the coverage form it modifies, since the endorsement only changes the provisions it names. Note it on the proposal so the insured knows how it changes the base form.
