IH 99 31 appears in carrier forms schedules as Theft Deductible Waiver – GPS. It waives the deductible for theft losses to equipment equipped with GPS tracking.

Contractors and fleets using telematics or GPS trackers, which improve recovery of stolen equipment.
Quoting and selling notes
Ask which units carry trackers and whether the tracker must be active and monitored at the time of theft. Pair with IH 68 10 when equipment is also registered.
