What it does

Employee Theft excludes loss from the fraudulent or dishonest signing, issuing, cancelling or failing to cancel a warehouse receipt. CR 25 17 covers that exposure up to the scheduled limit, which is part of the overall employee theft limit.

Who needs it

Public warehouses, grain elevators, cold storage and other businesses that issue warehouse receipts.

How it fits the policy

This endorsement changes the base crime or fidelity form it is attached to and is listed with the other endorsements on the declarations. Schedules in the endorsement (names, positions, amounts or dates) control how it applies, so confirm the schedule is complete before binding.
