What it does
CG 25 14 modifies the Liquor Liability Coverage Part. For "injury" arising from selling, serving or furnishing alcohol that can be attributed only to a single designated "location", a separate Designated Location Aggregate Limit (equal to the liquor aggregate in the Declarations) applies. The Each Common Cause limit continues to apply within it.
Who needs it
Restaurant and bar groups with several licensed premises whose landlords or lenders require per location liquor limits.
Key provisions and limits
- Uses the same "location" definition as CG 25 04 (same or connecting lots, or premises separated only by a street, roadway, waterway or railroad right-of-way).
- Liquor claims not attributable to one designated location reduce the policy aggregate.
Quoting and selling notes
- The liquor per location aggregate is CG 25 14 and the CGL per location general aggregate is CG 25 04.
