What it does
CG 22 39 applies to the operation of any camp or campground by or for the named insured. If the camp owns or operates an infirmary with facilities for lodging and treatment, it excludes injury or damage caused by the rendering of or failure to render medical, surgical, dental, X-ray or nursing services, health or therapeutic services, and related items listed in the form.
Who needs it
Residential and day camps, scout camps, church camps and private campgrounds.
Key provisions and limits
- Further camp-related provisions appear in the form beyond the infirmary exclusion.
Quoting and selling notes
- Pair with camp professional and abuse coverage.
- When a professional exclusion is attached, review the professional liability policy for bodily injury and property damage coverage, defense outside limits and the retroactive date, so the two policies fit together without a gap.
