What it does
BP 07 81 is ISO's cleaning services class endorsement. ISO describes it as addressing cleaning services risks by modifying Section I – Property and Section II – Liability to include specialized coverages tailored to cleaning service risks.
Who needs it
Janitorial and office cleaning contractors, residential cleaning services and similar operations that work inside customers' premises. Oregon has a state version for residential cleaning services (BP 07 41) and New York has its own (BP 07 92).

- Cleaning contractors face property damage to customers' premises and theft by employees at client sites; ask about background checks and key control.
- Consider the ISO theft of clients' property coverage and fidelity options carriers offer for this class, and contract-driven additional insured and waiver endorsements (BP 04 51, BP 04 97).
