Applies to painting stripes on parking lots by hand or machine, cleaning building interiors, machinery or equipment using spray apparatus, and artists painting murals on walls. Contemplates the painting of metal structures such as metal storage tanks, fire escapes, staircases, balconies, shutters, window frames or sash.
