Contemplates blueprint and Photostat establishments serving architects, engineers, industrial engineering departments and business offices. Applies to ground laboratory employees of aerial photographers or videographers. The payroll of all members of the flying crew and aircraft ground employees shall be assigned the appropriate aircraft flying and ground classification.
