What it does
FB 10 73 is the cyber incident exclusion for the Farm Umbrella Liability Policy, 06 25 edition, part of ISO's 2024 farm revision that also introduced cyber incident exclusions for farm property (FP 10 20) and farm liability (FL 10 18).

Ask the carrier for the specimen and read it with the underlying farm liability, auto and employers liability policies before explaining coverage to the insured.
How it fits
Umbrella exclusions apply on top of whatever the underlying farm liability, auto and employers liability policies exclude. When the same exposure is excluded at both levels the farm has no coverage for it in the farm program; when it is covered underlying but excluded in the umbrella, the coverage stops at the primary limit. Show the insured both layers side by side when explaining these endorsements.
