What it does
Government crime forms let employee theft be written per loss or per employee. CR 25 33 combines them: per employee coverage applies first, with per loss coverage excess of it.
Who needs it
Public entities whose statutes require a per-employee amount but which also want a larger blanket per loss limit.
How it fits the policy
This endorsement changes the base crime or fidelity form it is attached to and is listed with the other endorsements on the declarations. Schedules in the endorsement (names, positions, amounts or dates) control how it applies, so confirm the schedule is complete before binding.
