What it does
CG 29 60 modifies the Owners And Contractors Protective Liability Coverage Part. It adds an exclusion for bodily injury or property damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment to others of an unmanned aircraft, superseding any provision to the contrary.
Who needs it
Insureds that fly drones themselves, hire drone operators, or could be held responsible for drone use by employees.
Key provisions and limits
- The 06 15 unmanned aircraft forms split the aircraft, auto or watercraft exclusion into (1) unmanned aircraft and (2) other aircraft, autos and watercraft, keeping the usual exceptions for the second part.
Quoting and selling notes
- On the CGL form itself use CG 21 09; CG 29 60 attaches only to OCP policies.
