What it does
CG 27 15 provides the Extended Reporting Period Endorsement described in paragraph F. of CG 04 35. Claims first received and recorded during the extended period are subject to an Extended Reporting Period Aggregate Limit equal to the aggregate limit in the CG 04 35 schedule at the end of the policy period.
Who needs it
Employers cancelling or non-renewing EBL coverage, or moving to a carrier that won't honor the prior retroactive date.
