What it does
With respect to the operations shown in the schedule, CG 22 90 excludes injury or damage arising out of (1) the rendering of or failure to render any service, treatment, advice or instruction for appearance or skin enhancement, hair removal or replacement, or personal grooming or therapy, and (2) any service relating to physical fitness, including diet, cardiovascular fitness, bodybuilding or physical training programs.

Spas, weight loss centers, med-spas, laser hair removal and wellness businesses.
Key provisions and limits
- Like most ISO professional exclusions, it applies even when the claim alleges negligent supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others, if the occurrence or offense involved the excluded service.

- Burns from laser or chemical treatments are a common claim; professional liability is required.
