What it does
CG 22 33 excludes injury or damage arising out of (1) an error, omission, defect or deficiency in any test performed, or any evaluation, consultation or advice given by or for any insured; (2) the reporting of or reliance on such test, evaluation or advice; or (3) errors in experimental data or the insured's interpretation of it. It applies to Coverage A and Coverage B.
Who needs it
Materials testing and environmental labs, safety and code consultants, and other firms paid for test results or advice.
Key provisions and limits
- Like most ISO professional exclusions, it applies even when the claim alleges negligent supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others, if the occurrence or offense involved the excluded service.
