Applies to incidental concrete work (not monolithic concrete) in conjunction with the construction of one or two family private residences or dwellings not exceeding three stories in height, such as the pouring of concrete footings, foundation walls, cellar floors, basements, sidewalks and driveways. Includes the setting up and taking down of forms. Also applies to concrete construction or repair (non monolithic) of military reservation structures for the housing, welfare and keep of personnel, such as barracks, hospitals, mess halls and canteens.
